Subject: Wrongful Denial of ₹254 Refund After Return – Flipkart I am filing this complaint against Flipkart regarding the non-refund of ₹254. I ordered 3 pieces of a bra through Flipkart at ₹127 each. The total amount paid was ₹381. However, all 3 pieces were delivered together in one single package, not in three separate packages. The size was incorrect/unfit, so I returned the same single package that was delivered to me. My sister returned only that package because it was the only package physically received. After the return, Flipkart refunded only ₹127, while ₹254 is still pending. I contacted Flipkart Customer Service four times. On the first call, I was told that it was a server/system issue and to contact them later, after which the call was disconnected. On the second call, I explained the problem, but the call was again disconnected. I contacted them again, and during my latest contact, Flipkart clearly stated that no further refund would be provided. I also request an investigation into the Flipkart delivery/return agent. The agent should have checked the actual package and its contents during delivery/return pickup and properly recorded the discrepancy between the order quantity and the single physical package. I have already paid ₹381 and returned the package I received. Therefore, I request Flipkart to investigate the order, delivery, return and refund records and provide the remaining ₹254 refund.
