Refund for one of the order

I ordered a pair of trackpants from Flipkart on 10/10/2026. The order was delivered, but the trackpants had a fitting issue, so I raised a return request. I received a call from the delivery partner regarding the pickup, but no one came to collect the item. I initiated the return pickup request multiple times after that, but despite this, nobody came to pick up the product. When I contacted the Flipkart team about this, they informed me that the pickup window had closed on the 27th and that they could not do anything about it. I want to clarify that I made genuine efforts by requesting the pickup multiple times, and the failure to collect the item was due to Flipkart or its delivery partner not sending anyone, not due to any fault on my part. I request that Flipkart process my refund for this order as soon as possible.
