Complaint Details
I purchased a product from Flipkart. When the product was returned, Flipkart processed a refund, but the refund amount I received is less than the actual amount I had paid for the product. I have not received the full refund amount due to me, and this shortfall has not been resolved by Flipkart. I request that Flipkart review my case and pay me the remaining refund amount so that I receive the full amount I originally paid for the product.
