Refund of returned product not given

On Wednesday I have returned one product worth rupees 1316 I have got a return message successful message of the product from the shadow Fox delivery instantly tracking ID is R[protected]F ... Usually after returning product we get instant refund of the amount but since 4 days I am continuously calling there call centre and requesting a refund and they are just telling me wait for 48 hours wait for 72 hours and 4 days nothing is happened on the from their side.. they are not returning my money.. today one of the customer care executive of Flipkart said me said to me that he will resolved the issue by 6:00 p.m. but when I called them back that issue is not resolved I haven't got my money back they are again telling me to wait but I think they are not ready to pay me back because they are doing this is 4 days and they are not in state to refund my amount their product is successfully reached them back by shadow Fox delivery agent but why they are not giving my refund I don't understand
