Hello Sir, I have already sent you the photos of the damaged product. Please, Sir, I kindly request you to speak with the concerned team and help me get my refund of ₹5,100. They are not responding to me at all. This issue has been going on for a long time, and it has caused me a great deal of stress. Please help me resolve this matter and arrange my refund as soon as possible.
