The delivery date is being repeatedly changed to "Tomorrow" every day, but no actual delivery is taking place. I have already paid my credit card bill today for a product that I have not received. This prolonged delay and the lack of proper communication are causing me considerable inconvenience. I have also been unable to connect with your customer care team for a satisfactory resolution. I request you to: 1. Immediately investigate the reason for the delay. 2. Provide a genuine and confirmed delivery date. 3. If delivery cannot be completed promptly, cancel the order and issue a full refund to my credit card. 4. Provide me with a formal complaint reference number and a written response.
