Complaint Details
I placed an order on 13 oct and they promised to deliver it on 20 oct but they dont after follow ups of 10 days thay said shipment is defective and give me an option to replace it or cancel it so i chose to replace and they said they will deliver it on 31 oct but faild to deliver i m asking them about delivery everytime they give me next day date till today

Item not deliver on time. Its 14 days delay and also not able to cancelled.
