Order cancelled after 20 days

I am writing to register an official complaint regarding gross deficiency in service and negligence. I placed an order for a dining table on 8th October, which was initially scheduled for delivery on 26th October. It was arbitrarily delayed to 4th November without any justifiable reason. Despite the item being marked as shipped, no courier details or live tracking updates were ever provided. After holding my payment for over three weeks and ignoring my repeated grievances, the order was unilaterally cancelled today without any stated reason or prior notice. This last-minute cancellation has caused immense distress and disruption, as I have critical guests visiting and cannot procure a replacement in time. I demand: An immediate full refund to the original payment source. Statutory interest on the funds held unlawfully for 22 days. Appropriate financial compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and breach of trust.
