मैंने flipkart से दिनांक 18/11/24 को S21FE फोन खरीदा और जुलाई 2026 में सैमसंग service center से मुझे पता चला कि यह एक preactivated फोन है, जिसके बिल पर न तो IMEI नंबर लिखा है , जिससे मुझे सैमसंग के service center से सेवा नहीं मिल पा रही है। flipkart के customer care से मुझे 9 हज़ार का boucher दिया गया यह कह कर कि seller के पास data नहीं है मैंने flipkart पर विश्वाश कर phone खरीदा जिसके बदले में मुझे धोखा मिला है और मुझे ये आर्थिक नुकसान भी हुआ है। मुझे flipkart का voucher नहीं चाहिए
