Complaint Details
I purchased a product from Flipkart. On receiving it, I found that the product was defective. I tried to resolve this by contacting Flipkart's customer service support regarding the defective product, but I did not receive proper help. The service support provided was very poor and my issue remained unresolved. I request Flipkart to address this complaint by replacing the defective product or resolving the issue through a proper, satisfactory solution, and to improve their customer service response.
