Defective product

I purchased a mobile phone through Flipkart. After using it for some time, I noticed that the phone overheats, the battery drains too quickly, and it does not charge properly. Since the phone is defective, I am facing a lot of inconvenience in using it for my daily needs. I applied for a return three times, but there was no response from Flipkart. Instead, they opened the phone for repair, but when I requested a return, no action was taken on that request. I request Flipkart to take back the defective phone and process my return as requested, since the phone has not worked properly since purchase and my repeated complaints have not been resolved.
