Received Defective chimney

I am writing about unresolved issue regarding a defective appliance delivered against Order ID: [OD[protected]]. I purchased a Faber Chimney on [10-10-2026]. Upon installation, the product was found to be defective: [the hinge of the chimney is damaged ]. Both Flipkart customer support and Faber brand care have failed to resolve this issue : Faber Support: Refused service/replacement, stating that within the 7 days support window , the Flipkart is directly responsible for return or replacement. Flipkart Support: Rejected the claim stating that photos uploaded do not show the defect. The defect is operational and can only be observed dynamically in video, not in a static photograph. Because the Flipkart app does not provide an option to attach video evidence, your support team has repeatedly closed or dismissed the issue without properly reviewing the defect. Since the product was reported defective well within the allowable window and has rendered the appliance unusable, I request your immediate intervention to: Schedule a pickup and initiate an immediate replacement (or a full refund).
