Complaint about flipkart

I ordered a Kenster water purifier on Flipkart on September 20. On September 25, the installation person came to install the product and informed me that the water purifier was not working properly due to a manufacturing defect and damage, and advised that the product should be returned. Since then, I have been contacting Flipkart customer service regarding this issue, but they have not responded properly or taken any action. I have called Flipkart customer service daily, but my complaint has not been resolved, which has caused me a lot of mental distress. I request that Flipkart take immediate action on my complaint, arrange for the return of the defective water purifier, and process my refund at the earliest.
