I ordered a product named as book of Indian contract act which was delivered on 5 oct . the book delivered was wrong then I pursued exchange again book was delivered wrong Then I pursue return Return policy ended on 17 oct But I handover the book to an agent on 16 And delivery agent said another guy will come and you handover this to him . How a customer knows that who will come ? When will come ? Next date app shows return policy ended . It is a fraud because I paid 246 And price of delivered book is 150-180 something
