Sir maine Bolt evo ka phone 11999 rupay ka kharida jo defective peace tha jiske liye maine refund ke liye request kiya tha lekin Flipcat customer care bole ki refund nhi replacement kiya jayega uske liye bhi mai agree ho gya tha lekin 12 oct se 19 0ct tak massage aate rhe ki aaj aayega kal aayega replacement ke liye lekin 19 oct tak koi nhi aaye 19 oct ko raat 10 bje flipcart ne meri request ko Automatic cancel kr diya Av naa hi phone ko refund kr rhe hai na replacement kr rhe hai Pls help me .
