Moto G77 5g phone has software issue as hanging/lagging working not properly expected so i return it. it

I ordered a motorola G77 mobile phone from Flipkart for rs 24,227. However,the device is completely defective and not working properly. It continuously hanging, legs,and freezes during uses. Sometimes, the screen becomes totally unresponsive. Given the price, the quality is extremely poor and unacceptable. I have already requested a return/refund on Flipkart,but the issue remains unresolved. I am now filling this complaint to seek a full refund and immediate return of this defective product.
