Complaint Details
I ordered a product from Flipkart, but I received a wrong product instead of what I had ordered. The product delivered did not match what was shown and described at the time of purchase, which I believe was misleading advertisement. I want to bring this issue to Flipkart's attention and get it resolved. I request that the correct product be delivered to me, or alternatively, that a full refund be issued for the wrong product received.
