Without any information they are taking money from my account as minimum balance charges. Why are they taking minimum balance charge

I have a savings bank account with Federal Bank. I had a balance of Rs. 5000 in my account, but the bank charged me Rs. 262 for not maintaining the minimum balance of Rs. 3000. I am a student and do not always have extra money to maintain such a balance. I do not understand how the bank can deduct money from my account just because I did not maintain the minimum balance, especially when I already had funds in my account. I request that Federal Bank refund the Rs. 262 charged to my account and provide suitable compensation for this unfair deduction.
