Complaint Details
I placed an order for a dress from Evanshi design online and made the full payment in advance. However, after receiving the payment, i had not received any proper update regarding the shipping and updates of the order. I have tried contacting the seller several times, but i have not received any response. There has been no communication no shipping details and no order or tracking id. This situation is making me concerned that the transaction is scam .I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and help me either receive my ordered dress or get a full refund of the amount paid .I have proof of payment and communication details which i can provide if required.
