Complaint Details
the seller did not give the demo for the product and suggested to watch youtube to operate vaccum cleaner, when used at home it did not work, did not suck any dust, or small particles. Seller sent some person once to check, claiming they were from the company, the person said it's the sellers fault, we have been asking the seller to refund or fix the product, warranty only lasts 6 months from the date of purchase after which the seller will not take the product back
