I need order selfie stick (ship) brand but they send me selfie stick and soap

I had ordered a DJI brand automatic selfie stick with tripod from an online ecom store. However, when I received the package and opened it, I found soaps along with a selfie stick inside, instead of the DJI automatic selfie stick with tripod that I had ordered and paid for. This is a clear case of the wrong and mismatched item being delivered to me, which does not match what I ordered or paid for. I am raising this complaint against the ecom store for sending me an incorrect and inferior product in place of the one I purchased. I request that the store either send me the correct DJI automatic selfie stick with tripod that I originally ordered, or refund the full amount I paid for this order.
