Refund Amount haven't get

Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Security Deposit I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against a company named E LED. I came across the company's advertisement in a newspaper and contacted them regarding their business opportunity. The company informed me that they would provide the raw materials required for manufacturing light bulbs. I was told that I could manufacture the bulbs using the materials provided by them and then sell the finished products back to the company. As part of this arrangement, I paid a total amount of ₹15,500 as a security deposit, including ₹10,500 through an online transaction and ₹5,000 in cash. The company representatives remained in contact with me for a few days. However, after that, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. They had assured me that my security amount would be refunded, but despite repeated attempts to contact them, they are neither responding nor answering my phone calls. Therefore, I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and help me recover my ₹15,500 security deposit and take appropriate action against the company if any wrongdoing is found.
