Complaint Details
I had ordered a phone case from Drop case and made the payment for it. However, I have not received the product till now. I have tried to contact them regarding this issue, but they are not responding to my messages. Since I have already paid for the product and have neither received the item nor any response from the seller, I request that the product be delivered to me immediately, or a full refund of the amount paid be issued without further delay.
