It Charging more than OU fee structure and fake promise

I had joined Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Degree College, where I was promised free education as a merit student. This promise was not honoured and I was not given the free education as assured. The college had also promised to provide an internship, but this was not given to me either. In addition, I was charged fees that are more than the OU (Osmania University) prescribed fee structure. I request that the college be directed to honour the promises made to me, refund the excess fee charged over the OU fee structure, and take action against this cheating and false promises made to students.
