Not receiving refund even after 7 days of order

My order of 198 rupees I ordered from dominos is deducted from my account on 30th September at mid night and then the order get cancelled from the delivery partner side I am very angry with it as he did not bring order to my home and want me to come outer ring road as it was not enough he called me and said that I cancelled your order and put me down then my oder is cancelled after that it shows that you amount will reflect in your bank in 7 working days. So I waited every day that they will give return and till now on 8th of October there is no sign of refund so I want to file complaint against them.. as I have already tell them about it through their virtual assistant they provide on dominos app
