A men takes my 2000 rs from my account in the name of selling my cycle

So basically I meet a person in OLX so he tell me that I will pay you 6800 for your cycle and he said me that a minimum balance of the account should be 2000 and he said me that you should add 2000 in your account then I add my money then he said me to scan that so that he can add my money in my account but instead of my money he take my 2000 and don't refund my money
