I ordered a teddy bear from this website, and the delivery/courier service involved was DHL. I am filing this complaint as I believe I have been a victim of fraud or cheating in connection with this order. I request that this matter be looked into and resolved, with the teddy bear delivered as ordered or my money refunded.
