Complaint Details
I made a payment, but due to a mistake, it was transferred to the wrong account instead of the intended recipient. Since the payment went to an incorrect account, I have been trying to get this amount refunded as it was not the transaction I intended to make. I require this refund urgently due to my personal circumstances. I request that the concerned party process my refund at the earliest, as the amount was sent in error and does not belong to the account it was transferred to.
