Received wrong product - After Return not provided still under return validity

I ordered Realme Buds T310 but received Realme Buds Air 3, which is a completely different product. I immediately raised a replacement request and completed all the required formalities, including submitting the Google Form provided on the company's website. However, despite completing the entire process, no action has been taken, and I have not received any update. I am concerned that the company may deliberately delay the process until the return period expires and subsequently reject my request on that basis, even though I reported the issue within the stipulated period. I request the Consumer Commission to intervene and direct the company to replace the incorrect product with the originally ordered Realme Buds T310 or issue a full refund.
