I order a Nike mind 001 slide from culture circle app 3 months ago and i had not received it yet and there is no refund also.

I have ordered a Nike mind 001 slide of with 13,806 from culture circle app and it was a prepaid order but u have not received that order till now it has been more than 3 months now. I am able to talk to any if their executive the only help given was a chat system support which was bluffing me around from last 3 konths first they told me that your product is stuck in customs then they told it is out for delivery than after some time they told that it got lost in transit than they told me that they will do a re delivery for my product and after this much of problem they at last shown it delivered in app but the product is not delivered to me till now and nobody is helping me out from the company and not replying to any of my chat and not initiating a refund also.
