Complaint Details
I am filing this complaint against Coursera for deducting ₹1,888 from my bank account through UPI AutoPay without sending me any prior email, SMS, or phone call notification about the upcoming charge. I was not clearly aware that this amount would be deducted on 12 October 2026. When I noticed the deduction, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund from Coursera, but my request was rejected. I did not wish to continue with a paid subscription. I request that this matter be investigated and that my ₹1,888 be refunded. I can provide the payment receipt, transaction details, and correspondence with Coursera as supporting evidence.
