Complaint Details
On 21/12/2025, representatives from Country Holiday Inn came to my home to present their holiday membership plans. I accepted the offer and purchased their membership on the same day for an amount of Rs. 95,000. On 23/12/2025, I decided to cancel the membership and sent them an email requesting a full refund of Rs. 95,000. Instead of processing my refund, the company only kept offering me new dates for the membership plan, without addressing my cancellation and refund request. I am not interested in continuing with this membership and want my refund of Rs. 95,000 to be processed at the earliest. I request the platform's help in getting my money back from Country Holiday Inn.
