Adding charge of carry bag

I did shopping at Mega Shop Mall. When I went for billing, the staff added the charge for a carry bag to my bill without asking me or other customers for consent. I have shopped at many places, including malls in Noida, where carry bag charges are informed and asked before adding. But at this mall, the staff directly added the carry bag charge to the bill without informing or asking the customer, and collected this amount forcibly. I request that this practice of charging for carry bags without consent be stopped, and that appropriate action be taken against the mall for charging customers without informing them.
