Main Akansha Panwar hoon. Maine College of Engineering, Roorkee mein admission ke waqt 12,000 rupaye jama kiye the. College dwara shuruat mein kaha gaya tha ki agar education loan nahi hoga toh mere 11,000 rupaye wapas (refund) kar diye jayenge. Lekin baad mein college authorities ne jhooth bolkar refund dene se saaf mana kar diya aur kaha ki yeh raashi non-refundable hai, jo ki shuruati wade aur anuchit vyaparik pratha (Unfair Trade Practice) ke khilaf hai. Is dhokhadhadi ke khilaf maine UGC e-Samadhaan / CPGRAMS (Reg No: DSEHE/E/2026/001685) aur DPG Portal (Reg No: DPG/0/2026/82426) par bhi shikayat darj ki thi, jahan se mamla Uttarakhand State Higher Education Department ko bheja gaya hai. pichhli shikayaton par 5 mahine beet jane ke bavajood college ki taraf se koi refund nahi mila hai. Kripya meri sahayta karein taaki college se mere ₹12,000 wapas mil sakein aur maansik pareshani ke liye ucchit muavaza mil sake.
