Complaint against Ciel HR Services (Okhla Phase, Delhi) regarding notice period and non-payment of 6 days salary. I have been working with Ciel HR Services for approximately two years. I submitted my resignation on 14 August. As per the company policy, my notice period is 15 days and is scheduled to complete on 2 September. However, the company is taking my handover before completion of the full notice period. Due to this, approximately 6 days of my notice period are being reduced, and I understand the company will not make payment for these remaining 6 days. I requested the company through email to provide written confirmation regarding the early handover and the payment of these 6 days, but the company refused to provide it. I request assistance regarding my legal rights and appropriate intervention so that I receive the salary/wages and other dues legally payable to me for the remaining notice period.
