Received deferent product and not any support

I have sent two emails, raised a support ticket, and contacted the company through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution. I also attempted to contact the company through its listed mobile number, but the number was switched off. This situation raises serious concerns regarding misleading product representation, unfair business practices, and the company's failure to provide basic customer support. I request your intervention to ensure that the company takes immediate action and provides a full refund for the order or an appropriate resolution. If this matter remains unresolved, I reserve the right to escalate the complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue further legal remedies available under applicable law. I can provide the order confirmation, payment details, photographs of the received product, and copies of my previous communications as evidence.
