Insurance company rejected claim without visit to hospital daughter hospitalization

IRDAI, With this type of insurance service to public why are you calm and not taking strict action for simply rejecting claim.. Already a person went to hospital on behalf of Care after i complained to IRDAI...he also even checked each and every report case report too and hospital given whatever details they asked they patiently given every inform to the agent Now after all works done too These care health says again 15 days time.y do u need time again..y are you dragging... better to say careless health services... Already i know you have got all information needed and all are perfect genuine and dragging things IRDAI is loose so only these guys are playing with public Immediately solve this and you are also to compensate for wasting my lot of time with your irregular and irrelevant questions and irresponsible service Also you have hurt me alot by making me roam multiple times here and there IRDAI these guys doing?
