I booked a pre-owned car at 'Car Bajar' in Bargarh on October 11, 2026. Subsequently, my father developed a heart condition, so I informed the dealer that I would no longer be able to purchase the car. Now, the dealer says that my money will not be refunded. Sir, please help me.
