Complaint Details
"Name of the Company - BSNL Mobile /Landline Number- [protected] Complaint no -[protected] Problems Details -consumer stated that he has installed a BSNL broadband connection, but it has been facing major issues and is completely non-functional for the last 15 days. Whenever he contacts the technicians, they promise that the issue will be resolved, but the problem persists despite contacting the company multiple times. Expectation -The consumer now wants the company to send a technician without any further delay to repair and restore his broadband service properly.
