Complaint Details
I ordered a watch from the website STASHIO.COM. After placing the order, I did not receive any order confirmation details or an order tracking ID from the website. I tried to contact the seller by phone call and also on WhatsApp to get information about my order, but the seller is not reachable and has not responded. I request that the platform help me get my order details and tracking information from the seller, or arrange for a refund of the amount I paid, since I am unable to get any response or resolution from the seller.
