I was contacted by the seller/agent representing the brand, who told me that if I paid Rs 100, I would receive Rs 1050 in return. Based on this assurance, I paid the Rs 100 as asked. After this payment, she then asked me to pay an additional Rs 50 stating it was required for government tax, which I also paid. After receiving both payments, she blocked me and did not give me the promised Rs 1050 or any response. I did not receive the amount that was promised to me, nor was the service or benefit delivered as agreed. Since being blocked, I have had no way to contact her or the brand to resolve this matter, and no refund or explanation has been given to me. I request a full refund of the Rs 150 (Rs 100 plus Rs 50) that I paid, and I want action to be taken against the brand for cheating me in this manner.
