My show was cancel yesterday from the host side and after then app is continue take booking from the customer

Today i book my comedy nights show in the laughter foyer at 6pm. I was gone to attend my show from 15km. When i reach the place host said today 6pm show was canceled you join my 8 pm show so i said i dont have much time to wait please refund they were said we already mail to BookMyShow app platform to cancel today 6PM show the watch me the mail also they were sent the mail yesterday and after that app is still taking booking from the customer and if the customer wants to refund the were said we will pay your money after 6 days. It is very unfair for customer they cheat us and fraud to taking platform fee from us. Please take strict action on them. Hopefully judiciary will give me justice
