Complaint Details
I have done and order of books from prepration of the upcoming upessc assistant professor exam one on 16 September and another on 26 September. Expecting them to deliver within 3-5 working days as I have to prepare for exam having very less time left. I have mailed them several time every time they reply person from our team will contact soon but still no response and no delivery yet. They have done a much loss to my studies. Even there books are costlier than in market as I have to purchase the books offline to study and I also mailed them to refund but they are not replying properly. I want my refund and the compensation
