S25 ultra back case quality is very poor

I purchased a S25 Ultra back case from the website boldacc.co, paying an amount of Rs 994. I made this purchase because the website displayed images claiming very good quality of the product, which attracted me to buy it. However, the product I received did not match the images and quality shown on the website. The pictures used for promotion appear to be fake and did not reflect the actual product being offered, which I believe is a misleading and deceptive practice used to attract customers. I have also not been able to return the product to the seller. I tried calling the phone number provided, but it is not reachable. I request that action be taken against boldacc.co for using fake images to mislead customers, that the website be investigated and stopped from continuing this deceptive practice, and that I be refunded the Rs 994 I have lost due to this misrepresentation.
