I received a call Bob one cridet card increasing the limit.he asked me to share the otp.he hacked my phone after I gave him the otp. He withdrew rs.49306 my credit card I spoke about this customer care and block the credit card I reported a cyber crime and office of the police commissioner, commissionerate ghaziabad Recovery agents are harassment me and abusiv call they are using inappropriate language intimidating me,and causing severe mantal harassment.such behaviour is completely the Rbi,s fair practices code and recovery guide line
