Defective boAt Airdopes 280 ANC Active black and refusal to provide refund

I purchased boAt Airdopes 280 Active Black, but the product I received was defective, as the charging case was unable to close properly. I requested a replacement, but the replacement unit had another defect: it automatically received calls without my intention. I replaced the product multiple times, but the same issue continued. In total, I have gone through four replacements, and the product is being replaced again. This entire process has wasted more than one month of my time, yet I still do not have a properly functioning product. Despite repeated defects and multiple replacement attempts, I am not being offered a refund. I no longer wish to accept another replacement because repeated replacements have failed to resolve the problem. I request a full refund of the purchase amount and appropriate resolution of this complaint. I have already given the company several opportunities to rectify the issue, but the problem remains unresolved. I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct the company to resolve my complaint by providing a refund instead of insisting on another replacement. I can provide the purchase invoice, order details, and replacement history as supporting evidence.
