Return and refund

I purchased a Nebulizer through Blinkit. After one day of use, the product was not working properly as expected, unlike similar products I have used offline. I contacted Blinkit to request a return or refund since the product was not functioning well. However, they informed me that as per their company policy, they cannot provide a refund in this situation. They only kept apologising without actually resolving the issue. I am not satisfied with just an apology when my problem remains unresolved. I demand that Blinkit return the faulty Nebulizer and provide a full refund for the product.
