Sir I ordered one boat earbuds model airdopes 311 pro,the item have zero bass,told to refund but they neglect and told me to troubleshooting and post a video on their chats,all I done still they are telling me no refund and no replacement,they wasted my time and harm my mental peace.i want the solution
