Complaint Details
I noticed extra charges deducted by my bank (BBK) that I did not authorize or agree to. I have not been given a clear explanation for these charges. I request the bank to review my account, reverse the extra charges deducted, and provide a clear explanation of why they were levied. I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and help me get the extra charges refunded.
