Complaint Details
I want to report a fraud transaction. My money was deducted through UPI from my phone, linked to connection/transaction ID [protected]. I did not authorize this deduction and consider it an act of cheating by the bank. I have not received any explanation or resolution for this unauthorized deduction so far. I request that the deducted amount be refunded to my account at the earliest and that the bank take strict action against this fraudulent transaction.
